Complaints Procedure

Conditions of the complaint:

The Buyer is obliged to deliver the goods delivered by the Seller without undue delay. The Buyer may notify the Seller of the risk of defects in writing (even by e-mail). The written claim must include:

  • Contact Information (Company ID, Company Name, Registered Address or Private Address)
  • Name and surname of the buyer-consumer or buyer, including telephone and e-mail contact
  • Invoice number
  • Description – reason for complaint
  • Complaint form in PDF format here

If the customer’s written document is not sent to the supplier and above information is not given for the prompt filing of the claim, no such document can be accepted for further proceedings.

Means and deadlines for handling complaints:

The company is resolve a complaint within 30 days from the day it is received from the customer. 

Method of complaint resolution:

Depending on the type and on the conditions set by binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, and Act No. 89/2012 Coll. 90/2012 Coll., Business Corporations Act, as amended, the buyer has the opportunity to claim, in the event of a claim, in particular that defective goods be changed for new goods or withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the purchase price.

These advertising rules are valid from January 1, 2014 and apply specifically to BIOVIT IMPEX CO. ČR, s.r.o.
